• Screening, vetting, and presenting driver candidates to carrier partners
• Facilitating introductions, interviews, and placement appointments between drivers and carriers
• Providing information and resources related to CDL employment opportunities
• Communicating with users via phone, email, and SMS text message

3. SMS Terms & Conditions

How to Opt In

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any of the following forms on our website, you provide express written consent to receive SMS text messages from PH Royal Services:

By submitting your phone number, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission, and you agree to receive SMS messages from PH Royal Services. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.

Types of Messages

SMS messages from PH Royal Services may include: responses to your inquiries, application status updates, job opportunity notifications, qualified candidate alerts, interview and appointment scheduling, and general recruiting communications.

No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely by PH Royal Services to communicate with you.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PH Royal Services is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from PH Royal Services, reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-opt in at any time by contacting us directly.

6. No Guarantee of Placement

PH Royal Services acts as a recruiting intermediary. While we make every effort to match qualified drivers with suitable carriers, we do not guarantee employment, placement, or any specific outcome. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the carrier or employer. We are not responsible for any employment decisions made by third-party companies.

7. Confidentiality

PH Royal Services maintains strict confidentiality of all user information. Driver information will not be shared with any carrier without the driver's knowledge and consent. Carrier information will not be shared with drivers until a formal introduction has been arranged through PH Royal Services. Both parties agree not to circumvent PH Royal Services in any placement that originated through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of PH Royal Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
